At the beginning of the new spring, everything is renewed! To enhance team morale and cohesion, and to motivate employees to quickly refocus and engage in their work with a full spirit, on February 4th, Linuo Pharmaceutical successfully held a team-building training event themed "The First Lesson of the New Year, Winning the Opening Red" to empower the team for a strong start and to achieve the annual task indicators. The event was organized by the Human Resources Center, with more than 60 participants from the company's middle and senior management team.
At the beginning of the event, the company carefully set up interactive games. Through shared experiences and completing interactive games such as "Delivering the Letter to Garcia" and "Crossing the Fire Line", the understanding and trust among team members were deepened, enhancing teamwork, innovative thinking, and problem-solving abilities, providing new ideas and methods for the work in the new year.
With a command, three teams kicked off the "First Run of the New Year". Flags fluttered and drums beat, showcasing the ambition of Linuo Pharmaceutical as they prepared for battle, with all teams striving to reach the summit, demonstrating the company's determination to "draw the bow fully, tighten the string, exert all efforts, and fight to win, fully sprinting towards the achievement of annual task indicators."
During the training session, the company specially invited group human resources experts and an internal lecturer team to conduct in-depth and accessible training on various aspects such as the company's development goals, business strategies, marketing strategies, management skills, safety and environmental protection, quality management, financial knowledge, information technology construction, and business etiquette, comprehensively promoting the enhancement of the management team's capabilities and vividly interpreting the profound connotation of the company's "building a learning team."
The first lesson of the new year is a meeting to adjust the state and gather strength, and it is also a mobilization meeting for the company to solidify its style and fully launch various tasks in 2025. All employees of Linuo Pharmaceutical will quickly concentrate their thoughts, restore their rhythm, ensure that they are present, engaged, and responsible, and fully commit to the work in the new year.
