On March 7th, as the 115th International Women's Day approaches, to send holiday blessings and respect to all female employees of the company, Linuo Pharmaceutical specially held a unique women's growth salon event themed "Light and Shadow Tea Fragrance: Talking About Her Power," attracting enthusiastic participation from female employees.
The event kicked off in a warm cinema-level viewing experience. The company specially selected an inspirational film focusing on women's self-breakthrough and growth. Through delicate storytelling and moving visuals, the film showcases the multiple roles and resilient strength of women in family, workplace, and society. The on-site atmosphere created a cinema-level experience, allowing female employees to feel as if they were in the movie plot, deeply experiencing the shock and encouragement of "Her Power."
In the tea fragrance chat session after the film viewing, everyone gathered together, engaging in lively discussions accompanied by tea and milk tea snacks. From the initial awkwardness and confusion of entering the workplace, to the unyielding spirit in the face of difficulties, and the reflections on balancing family and career in life, each sharing was filled with sincerity and strength, resonating strongly with everyone present. At the end of the event, the company presented each female employee with a spring limited gift, a carefully prepared token of the company's deep gratitude and best wishes for female employees, thanking them for shining in their respective positions and contributing to the company's development.
This event was jointly organized by the Linuo Trade Union and the Administrative Cultural Center. During the preparation process, all staff meticulously planned and actively organized, from film selection, snack preparation to venue arrangement, with various departments working together, fully demonstrating the Culture of unity and cooperation at Linuo Pharmaceutical.
