Youth blossoms, forging ahead. To accelerate new employees' adaptation to role changes and efficient integration into the team, LINO Pharmaceuticals successfully held the "2025 First New Employee Training Session" on the 12th and 13th. This training uses systematic courses and diversified practices as its core to help new employees gain a deep understanding of the company Culture and enhance their professional abilities, injecting new vitality into the company's steady development.
The training was planned and organized by the HR center, with new employees from various departments gathering at the headquarters. At the beginning of the event, all participants visited the group's park and exhibition hall, comprehensively understanding the company's industrial layout, core Culture, and History.
The training session officially started in a solemn atmosphere with the singing of the LINO song and the recitation of the LINO Culture. LINO Pharmaceuticals President Huang Fangsheng extended a warm welcome to the new employees and encouraged everyone to seize opportunities, consolidate their professional foundation, and build momentum for their future career development.
This training session lasted two days and covered core content such as product knowledge, sales skills, company regulations, Culture, pharmaceutical regulations, and EHS. Through fun activities such as mountain climbing challenges, team cooperation games, and basketball friendly matches, new employees quickly closed the distance, enhancing mutual understanding and broadening their horizons through interaction.
After two days of intensive learning and practice, the new employees' sense of identification with and belonging to the company has significantly increased, and their sense of responsibility and mission has also improved simultaneously. The final final exam follows the principle of "promoting learning through exams and applying what is learned," testing learning outcomes and laying a solid foundation for new employees' subsequent on-the-job practice.
