In the finance office of Liano Pharmaceuticals, Li Yinju is intently verifying a set of data. This "veteran employee," who joined Liano Pharmaceuticals at the age of 22, has now spent 21 years there. From cashier to accountant, and now to the deputy director of finance, she has used her expertise and dedication to witness the magnificent transformation of Liano Pharmaceuticals from a startup to a publicly listed company.

Twenty-one years of Liano's story

2004That year, Li Yinju, a recent graduate, joined the two-year-old Liano Pharmaceuticals. "Back then, the company was very small, and the finance department only had a few people; everyone had to do everything." Recalling the situation when she first joined the company, Li Yinju felt a surge of emotion. It was this grassroots experience that gave her an in-depth understanding of every business aspect of the company.

2004That year, Liano Pharmaceuticals obtained its first GMP certificate, which was a major milestone for the company at the time. "The whole company was very excited, and although our finance department didn't directly participate in the certification, we actively cooperated with all the preparation work." Li Yinju said that it was this sense of collective honor that gradually made her regard the company as her own home.

Because of this sense of belonging, twenty years passed in a flash, but her initial aspirations have remained unchanged.

The "Data Guardian" on the Road to Listing

2020From that year to 2023, Liano Pharmaceuticals and its parent company, Keyuan Pharmaceuticals (stock code: 301281.SZ), went public together, marking a critical period in the company's development history. As the deputy director of finance, Li Yinju, cooperating with the head of finance and the team, completed the sorting and reporting of a large amount of data. "During that time, there was almost no normal rest," she said, "Every piece of data relates to investor trust and cannot tolerate the slightest carelessness."

From the announcement of listing to the ringing of the bell at the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, Li Yinju participated in the company's capitalization process throughout. She innovatively established a multi-departmental cooperation mechanism to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of data reporting. "Financial work may seem boring, but behind every number is the company's reputation." It is this rigorous attitude that provided a solid guarantee for the successful listing of Liano Pharmaceuticals.

The meticulous "Financial Steward"

Li Yinju demonstrated extraordinary professional skills in tax planning. She and her team conducted in-depth research on tax policies and, through measures such as the additional deduction of R&D expenses, saved the company a significant amount of taxes. "Tax planning is not about exploiting loopholes, but about fully enjoying the policy benefits under the premise of legality and compliance." This is how she explains her work philosophy.

Budget preparation is another important task for Li Yinju. Every year, she organizes and coordinates various departments, going through more than ten revisions of repeated calculations, ultimately forming a scientific and reasonable budget plan. "A budget isn't a simple number game, but a prediction and plan for the company's future development." She says.

Dedication Behind the Honors

2024That year, Li Yinju won Liano Pharmaceuticals' "Loyalty Contribution Award." Facing the honor, she was very calm: "I only did my job well. Being able to witness and participate in the company's growth is in itself a kind of luck."

In her 21 years at Liano Pharmaceuticals, Li Yinju has used professionalism and dedication to interpret what "craftsmanship" means. She often says: "Financial work is like embroidery; every stitch must be solid." It is this meticulous attitude that has allowed her to create extraordinary value in an ordinary position.

After the interview, Li Yinju returned to her computer and continued to work. The perseverance of a financial person and the rapid rise of a company. For her, numbers are not cold symbols, but a testament to the development of Liano Pharmaceuticals. In this ever-changing era, she uses her own way to write a story of loyalty and responsibility as a financial professional.
