Amidst this bustle, warehouse manager Li Xinyin remains the calm and collected leader. Since joining Linoa in 2012, twelve years have passed, during which she has grown from an ordinary warehouse employee to a manager, using her sweat and wisdom to interpret the responsibility and dedication of a new-era woman on the battlefield of pharmaceutical warehouse management.
No task is insignificant in pharmaceutical warehousing; every step must be flawless.
Every morning, Li Xinyin arrives at the warehouse on time to begin her daily inspection. From the stacking of goods to the recording of temperature and humidity, from checking the accounts to confirming shipping orders, every detail escapes her notice. "Pharmaceutical warehousing work seems simple, but every step is related to drug quality and patient safety, and cannot be taken lightly," says Li Xinyin.
This rigorous attitude has allowed her to maintain "three 100%" throughout her more than ten years of work: 100% FIFO (First-In, First-Out) rate, 100% accuracy in receiving and shipping, and 100% accuracy in material inventory. Under her leadership, Linoa Pharmaceuticals' warehousing department has become one of the company's most reliable departments.
Shouldering heavy responsibilities, showcasing "her strength"
2022 In recent years, many Linoa Pharmaceuticals products have entered the national centralized procurement, resulting in a significant increase in shipments. Especially after the listing of the parent company, Keyuan Pharmaceutical (stock code: 301281.SZ) in 2023, Linoa Pharmaceuticals' market share has continued to expand, and warehousing work faces unprecedented challenges.
2025 On March 28, 2024, Linoa Pharmaceuticals experienced a historic day—daily shipments exceeded 5000 pieces! Faced with this "tough battle," Li Xinyin led the team in continuous efforts, strictly controlling every step from order verification to cargo loading. "Those few days, everyone hardly rested, but seeing the company's products shipped on time to all parts of the country, it was worth it, no matter how tired we were!" Recalling the scene, Li Xinyin is still full of energy.
Innovation and optimization for more efficient warehouse management
With the increase in business volume, the original warehouse space gradually became insufficient. "A warehouse is not a place to store goods, but a battlefield of efficiency." In March 2024, under the company's strategic planning, the warehouse, in conjunction with relevant departments, completed the warehouse renovation, adding 3 sets of shelves and optimizing the goods placement process, increasing space utilization by 30%. "Finding goods used to take a lot of time, but now, through scientific planning, efficiency has improved a lot." Team members praised this highly.
Ten years of meritorious service, honor belongs to every Linoa person
From "grassroots star" to "advanced individual" and then to "era meritorious service," Li Xinyin always attributes her achievements to the team. "Without this group of comrades-in-arms, there would be no warehousing department today."
