The activity is divided into two phases: the launch month and the continuation month. Using exercise as a link, we integrate health and vitality into work, encouraging employees to meet challenges with greater enthusiasm and discover a better version of themselves!
5 Month 26 Day, Linyi Pharmaceutical " Vibrant Workplace · Healthy Together ” The launch month award ceremony for the exercise and health check-in activity was grandly held in the company's meeting room. Since its launch on 4 Month 10 Day, all employees have actively responded, improving their physical fitness and strengthening team cohesion through exercise check-ins, creating a wave of workplace health and fitness within the company.
During the launch month, employees relied on Keep and other exercise check-in APPs to participate in various exercise programs such as running, walking, swimming, and yoga. 30 days witnessed self-discipline and transformation. Data shows that over 90% of employees completed 20 days or more of check-ins, fully demonstrating the self-discipline of Linyi employees and their pursuit of a healthy lifestyle.
At the award ceremony, the company commended individuals and teams that performed exceptionally well during the launch month. Exercise check-ins are not only a physical workout but also a reflection of workplace spirit. President Huang Fangsheng encouraged everyone to gain health and vitality from exercise and extend this self-discipline to their work. He hopes that every employee can feel growth through persistence, gather strength through collaboration, and work together with greater enthusiasm and efficiency to promote the high-quality development of the company!
