The competition included three major events: micro weighing group, kilogram weighing group, and fire-fighting group, comprehensively assessing employees' operational compliance and emergency response abilities. In the weighing events, contestants needed to accurately complete material weighing operations, with judges scoring from multiple dimensions such as accuracy, efficiency, and process compliance; the fire-fighting group completed fire extinguishing tasks through team collaboration, strengthening safety awareness and practical skills.
The on-site competition was intense, with contestants demonstrating Linuo Pharmaceutical employees' pursuit of excellence through skilled techniques and rigorous attitudes. The competition ultimately selected the top three in each event and awarded certificates of honor and prizes, further motivating employees to improve their skills and strive to be role models.
