Recently, the bidding process for the new round of follow-up procurement of drugs under the national centralized procurement programs from batches 1 to 8 has concluded, yielding preliminary winning results. This round of follow-up procurement was jointly organized by the National Healthcare Security Administration, with Jiangsu, Henan, and Guangdong provinces serving as joint lead agencies, and implemented nationwide in a coordinated manner. It achieved “three unifications”—unified procurement rules, standardized operational procedures, and a consistent market scope—marking an important milestone in deepening and systematizing the centralized procurement reform.
