In order to comprehensively improve the quality management level, build an international talent team, and solidify global compliance production capabilities, recently, Linuo Pharmaceutical conducted multi-level on-site communication with international certification consulting agencies, held a series of special training on international certification, and all employees from the company's QA, QC, production, validation, warehousing, and equipment departments participated. They prepared in advance for the international certification work of the injection project, laying a solid foundation for Linuo Pharmaceutical's international strategy.
This training lasted for three days and covered key areas such as the differences and characteristics of GMP inspections in China, the United States, and Europe, as well as the full-process control of production and facilities. The training helped participants accurately grasp the core requirements of the international quality system through various case analyses, preparing the company for international certification for the high-end injection project under construction.
The Linuo Pharmaceutical injection intelligent manufacturing project is built in accordance with the "Intelligent Manufacturing Level 4 Standard," strictly aligning with FDA and EU cGMP standards from the design stage. It adopts advanced production equipment and process designs from both domestic and international sources to achieve fully automated and intelligent production, improve production efficiency, reduce personnel intervention, and lower pollution risks. In the future, it will meet the conditions for lighthouse factory application.
International certification is not only a "passport" for market access but also a touchstone for corporate quality culture.
