I am Zhang Qiuman from the injection project department, a laboratory technician who works with microscopes and interacts with microorganisms. Although I haven't been with Linyi Pharmaceutical for long, this time has been like a seed falling into fertile soil. Nourished by the company culture, which is like sunshine and rain, I have already felt the vigorous power of breaking through the soil.
When I first joined Linyi Pharmaceutical, I was illuminated by the brilliance of its "Act with Strength, Keep Promises with Heart." Even more exciting are the advanced pieces of equipment in the laboratory. They are not just cold instruments, but also the firm vow of Linyi people to "safeguard life and health with digital medicine." The laughter and joy during exercise check-ins, the concentration during process demonstrations, and the free flow of ideas during essay contests all interpret the unique vitality and cohesion of this collective.
In the small world of the microbiology group, I have witnessed greatness in the ordinary. Every wisp of air in the cleanroom, every colony in the petri dish, is our battlefield in safeguarding health. I remember one time, to catch up with the testing progress, the lights in the group stayed on until late at night. There were no complaints, only figures cooperating with each other; no shirking of responsibility, only the enthusiasm for sharing experience.
When a colleague generously shared their years of experience in sterilization, I suddenly understood: those microorganisms jumping under the microscope are all telling the story of Linyi people's meticulous craftsmanship. We are not simply changing filters or preparing culture media, but weaving an invisible life protection net, using professionalism and responsibility to add a seal of safety to each injection.
Two months have quietly passed in the constant temperature of the incubator. Looking back now, the starlight outside the window during overtime, and the smiling faces when experiments were successful, have become the most precious memories. I know that the pipette in my hand carries not only samples, but also the health expectations of millions of patients. On this fertile land of Linyi Pharmaceutical, I wish to be a lifelong learner, using the microscope as my eyes and a sense of responsibility as my shield, guarding the bright future of Linyi Pharmaceutical in the vast starry river of the microscopic world.
