To comprehensively enhance enterprise management efficiency and strengthen strategic execution, on May 7, Linyi Pharmaceutical grandly held a "Goal Consensus and Strategy Co-creation" management team training session. Chairman Li Hongfu, President Huang Fangsheng, and all department heads participated in the training. Through systematic lectures by professional instructors and in-depth discussions in team workshops, a solid foundation was laid for building a professional, innovative, collaborative, and execution-oriented management team.
At the beginning of the meeting, based on industry trends and the current development status of Linyi Pharmaceutical, the instructor team guided the management to conduct an in-depth analysis of the company's strategy and market challenges. Chairman Li Hongfu and President Huang Fangsheng gave detailed explanations of the company's strategic planning and target achievement.
