To strengthen the professional capabilities of key positions and solidify the quality and safety barrier for pharmaceutical production, 13 On [date], Linuo Pharmaceutical organized a special training session on the topic of “Introduction to Clean Air Conditioning Systems and Management Requirements.” The training was led by Huang Fangsheng, the company’s president, and was aimed at personnel from the Lean Operations Center, the Quality Management Center, and the Engineering & Equipment Department. The goal was to systematically enhance the team’s understanding and practical skills related to clean air conditioning systems.
This training closely aligns with the core needs of pharmaceutical production. President Huang Fangsheng began by explaining the fundamental principles of air conditioning systems and, in conjunction with the requirements of the “Good Manufacturing Practice for Pharmaceutical Products,” used vivid illustrations and practical case analyses to help participants grasp the operational principles of these systems and their critical role in ensuring pharmaceutical quality. This approach has strengthened employees’ understanding of cleanroom air conditioning systems. “What is it, why is it, and how do we do it?” The theoretical foundation has also strengthened the practical capabilities for cross-departmental collaboration and coordination, providing professional support to ensure that sterile preparation production environments meet standards and to prevent cross-contamination. Participating employees unanimously expressed that the training content closely matched their actual job requirements and was highly practical. They pledged to flexibly apply the knowledge they’ve gained in their daily work, using their professional expertise to safeguard product quality.
